Group Discount

    4 to 7 hunters : $150 per hunter
    8 to 12 hunters : $200 per hunter

Reservation

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Upon reception of your deposit, we will mail your receipt and a letter confirming the reservation. The balance is due July 1st.

A complete information package including flight schedules will be mailed in the last week of May. Please make all checks or money orders to the order of: CANADAVENTURE INC. 

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. The cancellation charges will be as follows: (1) More than 90 days before the hunt: 30% of the price of the package. (2) No refund will be made for cancellation less than 90 days before the departure. However, name changes are permitted at no charge if the hunter who has cancelled provides a substitute hunter.

Nordic Conditions

Due to weather conditions, delays and irregularities in flights are not uncommon in these regions especially after mid September. Weather conditions can also affect the schedules of activities at the hunting camps. No reimbursement will be made for adjustments in activities required by such delays or irregularities.

Hunting Conditions

All our hunts are strictly fair hunts, and caribous are wild migratory animals roaming a huge territory; although we make all efforts to ensure that all our hunters have a successful hunt, no formal guarantee can be given to harvest game. CANADAVENTURE and/or its agents cannot be held responsible for the absence of caribou at any place or any time, or for the failure to harvest game.

All efforts will be made to send you directly to a productive camp. We will confirm your destination camp the morning of your arrival, according to our latest migration reports. If, after 4 days of hunting, no caribou has been seen in your area, we will move you free of charge to another hunting site, flight conditions permitting.

Responsibility

CANADAVENTURE's role towards the transportation companies involved during your trip is only one of intermediary to whom you entrust the mandate to negotiate arrangements and prices. Therefore, CANADAVENTURE does not assume any responsibility for the actions, oversights, delays, luggage, losses or negligence of said transportation companies and will not be held responsible under any circumstances for anything that might happen because of, or during the use of such means of transportation.

CANADAVENTURE reserves the right to cancel or alter any package and/or to refuse, accept or retain any person as a customer of any package at any time and for any reason whatsoever of which CANADAVENTURE shall be the sole judge. In any such event, CANADAVENTURE shall refund the customer all collected payments up to the value of the cancelled portion of the package and, upon such refund, the customer shall have no recourse whatsoever, directly or indirectly, against CANADAVENTURE and/or its agents with respect to the cancellation of the said package.

CANADAVENTURE reserves the right to adjust its outfitting activities when required by weather conditions, and shall not be held liable for any extra expenses and/or inconveniences and/or any damages resulting from any delay due to a cause beyond its control.

Should illness, safety or personal reasons necessitate the evacuation or the early departure of one or more customers, the evacuation, research or early departure expenses will be paid by the individual customer(s) involved.

Persons engaging in any activity while participating in any package do so at their own risk. Upon paying a deposit at the time of booking the said package, the customer accepts the terms and conditions contained on this website and acknowledges that the said terms and conditions have been fully read and understood and form an integral part of the package. The customer agrees to be included in the package and furthermore relinquishes any and all rights whatsoever against CANADAVENTURE and/or its agents for any injury, damage, inconvenience or loss that may be sustained or incurred while engaged in the activities. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation, general risk, baggage, medical and hospitalization insurance.

All the prices on this website have been fixed according to the economic conditions in effect as of November 1st, 2006. These prices may be subject to change if any variation of more of 5% occurs in the said economic conditions due mainly, but not exclusively, to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in fuel prices.
